As we watched Jimmy drive his wheezing pickup truck out of the yard, it dawned on me that I had never actually seen him do anything. The next time Myles came out to check on things, I asked him about it.
'The museum couldn't run without him,' said Myles, his voice reverent.
'You're serious.'
'I sure am. Mrs. Romolliwa is the museum director. Helga handles the financing, and I organize the exhibits, but without Jimmy, well--' He didn't even want to consider such an awful scenario."
The entire beginning of this book? Does not reassure me. HOWEVER IT WAS 20 YEARS AGO SO I CAN DREAM THAT THEY IMPROVED THE PROGRAM. Then again, it's a fed program, sooooo. . . :<

Sooooo puuuuurdy~
In other news, Canada Day = ftw! Even if there was next to nothing to do Downtown. I was part of a living flag! And we got ice cream! And the fireworks were pretty kickass! And I think I'm going to need to take a pyrotechnics class from the government, since now I can! WOO HOO Plus Zackie Ibraham(sp?) sounds preeeeetty look her uuuup meeee~
Um yeah that's about it. I need to write up a resume so I can, y'know, get a job. And have some money. I need to start thinking about retiring! Must put away 1000$ this year into my savings! orz
Anyway hellz yeah go Canada, I love you so even if the PM strongly reminds me of a weasel, except not because that's being kinda mean to weasels. YEAH I WENT THERE, OOOOH WHAT'CHA GONNA DO?
Anyway yeah. Bed!

Plus, y'know, you can't pimp Kate Beaton enough. 4 realz. I want the reading shirt, but my faint little heart flutters in despair at the vulgar language. D: Whyyyy can't it say stuuuuuuuff~ Or something
In other news: I still don't get calc! And the teacher assigned over sixty questions in the past five days. This makes me weep bitter, bitter tears. But I will survive!
But I still need to learn how to make heels on my socks
and write that English essay
and make my vest
and cook
and see those people about the fencing equipment
and survive calc
and sleep
Actually, not sleep. Who needs sleep! It is for weak souls who don't know the powers of napping. So I guess that includes me. </3
